Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Non Returnable Items
Used products, final sale items, and products marked non returnable are not eligible unless defective.

How to Start a Return
Email orders@zivaska.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
